Two intensive weeks on the first steps of creating character design.
All about researches, references, exploration. Rough, loose sketches. Variations. And then design.
During these two weeks, you will have to research and find your characters based on a given theme, in production conditions following the lectures, demo and advises of Willie Real.

THE TEACHER
Willie Real is a character designer, visual development artist, illustrator & story teller (in progress) whom thoroughly enjoys & honors the process that goes into designing memorable characters and their worlds.
Willie has had the great pleasure to work with folks at Sony, Pixar, Netflix, Dreamworks, Paramount, Warner Bros & Blue Sky Studios to name a few.
He also shares & teaches the character design process from time to time.
His personal work explores identity and the duality of being first-gen, highlighting the different parts that make up hi world.
